Meet Lee Holmes, the force behind all things supercharged. She’s a qualified clinical nutritionist, yoga and meditation teacher, wholefoods chef and author of the bestselling Supercharged Food series. Wanting to travel as a young woman, Lee left school, went to hospitality and cooking school to become a chef and then became a flight attendant.
